Yes, LDBidz.com can be used anywhere in the world, but it’s up to the sellers to choose the locations to where they can ship the products.

If I place a bid and I make a mistake or I decide later that I don't want the product, can I cancel my bid?
No. All bids are non-cancelable once submitted. Please bid wisely.

How do I win a Reserve Price Auction?
To win a Reserve Price auction, you must place a bid that meets or exceeds the Reserve Price and qualify as a winner.

How do I purchase using the Buy Now option?
To purchase using the Buy Now option, you can choose to buy the product immediately at the fixed, Buy Now price. All users who choose the Buy Now option become instant winners without waiting for the auction to close and outbid other users who are placing traditional bids. As long as there are quantities available in an auction, traditional bidding will continue. If all quantities in an auction are purchased using Buy Now , the auction closes.

Can I purchase items outright at LDBidz.com?
Yes - there are certain items that are offered for fixed price sale only. These items will be designated by the Buy Now icon.

How can I pay for products at LDBidz.com?

I just won. How long until my merchandise arrives?
Sellers will let you know when they will be shipping the item, Sellers usually have a date set up for processing time.

How can I track my shipment?
You can track your UPS, FedEx or USPS package by entering the tracking number that the seller will provide after a product is shipped. Go directly to http://www.ups.com/ - http://www.fedex.com/ or http://www.usps.com/ and enter your tracking number to follow the progress of your package.

What is your return policy?
Sellers will decide on how long and if to take in returns.

What if I receive merchandise and it fails to operate properly?
Make sure to contact the seller about the issue, Seller’s will have to issue a refund if the item was not as described, If no respond is made or seller won’t comply we will investigate the listings from our end.
